St. Louis Place and JeffVanderLou Neighborhood Resource Guide

This Guide is intended to capture the identity of and activity in St. Louis Place and JeffVanderLou to spur further development and investment in North City neighborhoods with the upcoming establishment of the National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). Research for the Guide incorporated extensive community engagement to help elevate the voices of current residents so that new development builds off of, and not in place of, the existing rich historic and cultural fabric of the two neighborhoods.
