This document seeks to answer the question: “How many St. Louis residents live within the footprint of an active community development nonprofit (CDC) organization?”
In doing so, we compute final numbers for this question while also addressing the methodology used in a determining what an active CDC is, what the geography of their service area is, and what the populations are.
