Rise is offering a group training seminar on affordable for-sale housing development in a group setting for community development professionals.
Led by Rise’s real estate development staff, the group training will frame the strategic housing process for organizational development and neighborhood revitalization in addition to examining basic skills required to succeed in developing single-family for-sale housing that is affordable for low- and moderate-income families.
Whether you are developing one home or up to 10 homes, this is a great opportunity for staff, board members, and interns to obtain a very basic understanding of affordable for-sale housing finance and the development process.
