Vanessa Asaro

Investment Associate, Twain Financial Partners
Vanessa is from St. Louis and works at Twain Financial Partners, an investment management firm. As an Investment Associate at Twain, she underwrites historic tax credit, low-income housing tax credit, and Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) real estate deals around the county. Prior to joining Twain, Vanessa was the Director of Research at Development Strategies, a real estate consulting firm based in St. Louis. There she compiled and analyzed economic and real estate data for appraisals, market studies, affordable housing reports, and corridor plans. Vanessa received her Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University. She majored in Human and Organizational Development, with a concentration in Community Leadership and Development, and minored in math and environmental and sustainability studies. Vanessa is thankful to be a member of the RISE YP board, where she can leverage her knowledge to create a more equitable St. Louis. When she is not working, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring St. Louis’ food scene, cooking new food, and staying active in Forest Park.
